The problem with an Risen race is this: what race would be risen? Probably a Human. But then it’s not really a new race. The Margonites are far more likely than Risen in that regard. Seeing as how in the GW2 wiki, Margonites, Largos, and Tengu all have a region specific to them on the map, it seems much more likely that upon those races unveiling, that portion of the map would become playable too.
