Guild Wars 2

Pretty simple, I just reached legendary division and do not have the “illustrious legend” title for crossing into legendary. The achievement still says I have 4/5 divisions crossed. Would appreciate getting my title.

This event is bugging out and the NPC’s are stuck in a wall as seen in the attached photo.
I need this event for my Spark crafting as it drops the destructive substance for Incinerator III. A quick response would be very helpful as it one of the final things I need for my Precursor.
Any help is much appreciated.

I have been playing this game for a while now and started my legendary journey a long time ago, I have almost everything I need apart from a few t6 materials (currently looking for ancient bones and elaborate totems). Any other materials will be helpful and much appreciated. Thank you in advance to any donors
