My boyfriends account was hacked on September 4th. His email was changed, so now he can’t log in. His original ticket number is Incident:120904-006652 but he was not signed into his support account when he submitted it. He submitted a new ticket well signed into to support and that number is Incident:120906-002997. He also just updated that last ticket and got a new ticket number which is Incident:120907-004768.
They changed his email address on the game, so now he can’t log in. all the info you guys are requesting are in the submitted tickets.

Nope ur info was stolen/bought from third party websites. Gold sellers are going on a huge hacking spree apparently. They try every email they have to see if its linked to a GW2 account.
lol good luck i think there is over 10 000 poeple who got stolen haha anyway they dont give a … about it so i would clearly tell you to wait a week or 2 so they can hire people to anwser the ticket they got
I am pretty sure it s almos worst as SONY security breach, they must all have accest to everyone credit card number. They hide it so people dont get nervous about it, they try to remove the blame from the faq they got hacked directly inside the data base haha anyway i wish you all get it back, and i wish it to my brother aswell, same thing happen to him
^^ I think your over exaggerating a little bit. But we are considering a charge back on the credit card. We will give it a few more days tho.
My Boyfriend was hacked on 09/04/12 and his email was changed so he can’t log into the forums or the game. He submitted a ticket on that date, and we were just wondering if there were any updates on his ticket, or if they are getting close to that date of fixing hacked accounts?
His ticket number is “Incident:120904-006652”
