He’s not giving out the gift in LA either. Myself any many, many others only talked to him in LA and was given no gift.
I also did not receive a present. I have not received any today. I talked to Tixx and was given nothing. Can not open the chest either. My inventory was not full when I talked to him. I did not speak to Tixx anywhere other than in Lion’s Arch.
