i was trying to complete the 1-15 charr zone, doing all event i found on the way, when i noticed strange xp/karma/money reward, as if they shrink to like 20xp/3karma/1copper
so i read the patch note regarding the one that was deployed this morning and noticed this line
" Added a system to limit the experience and gold that players can receive from speed-farming dungeons."
is it intended to apply this thing to dynamic event as well ?

totally agree with you, got quite the same problem on FR-Fort Ranik, some skillpoint quest works well two days ago and now no longer work npc missing, a server restart might resolve some of those problems

edit: seems it does work for some skillpoints on overflow server, but on my server only 1-15 zones and lion’s arch are concerned by overflow server
