According to that, if I buy it from their website, I get a refund without an account reset.

I bought the original core game from the official website within the time frame for the refund. I’d like to purchase a physical version of the expansion from an official 3rd party retailer. If I do this, would I get the refund if I get it before July 15 or the char slot if I get it before launch or neither?

I haven’t seen anything that specifies this, only something that says what happens if you bought the original from a 3rd party retailer.
