I am rathe disappointed that I posted this 13 days ago and not one reply from technical team. How am I supposed to play a game I have paid for if t doesn’t work. And then on top of that I get no support thanks

Is it safe to play Pvp still ?

I cannot get out of the Pvp match. I restarted client same thing.

Made a fresh character and that got ported here too agh

Hello, My 50 thief got stuck on the new map earlier, i quit game, restarted mac and made a new character everytime back in to that map, even on the new character

I have similar problem

I’ll run the game sometimes it opens and plays and then after an unpredictable amount of time or events (sometimes will run big events Pvp, world bosses etc) the game will send the Mac into restart and a black screen appears saying there was a problem and had to restart.

Something to do with a. Kernal

Hello All

I was playing fine for a day and then after 10 min sometimes more the game sends the mac into force restart and turns the mac off.

I uninstalled the game
did disk utility first aid

now it wont even get past 25% reinstall before sending computer into this force restart mode, never has the mac done this to me before

help
