1. Rework tempest, dump overload mechanic.
2. Make attunement dancing viable again.

Done.

Taking Tempest isn’t mandatory, you know. Just play core ele.

Ofc it’s not mandatory, i’m perfectly free to dump all my best damage bursts and totally cripple my overall damage output.

Also, have fun trying HoT story as core Ele.
