Hahah and that was the answer didn´t even consider those weapons Thanks a lot for solving this mystery.

Here´s the screen of that leech symbol

Zero in Blood and nothing in my jewelery And its not always on, just randomly pops up once in a while. Sometimes pops when im afk in city etc.

I don´t have any leech sigils etc in my weapons/armor/traits and i still casually get this leech popup and it has description that next attack steals health. Where does it come from? Don´t use axe, I have Dagger+Dagger and Scepter+Focus as weapons and TA armor set. Anyone has the same or knows where this comes from? And it comes very randomly.
