I am back to report that upon hitting level 37 with the ele that wasn’t earning points, I have earned 10 points. Seems like your idea that a “hero point deficit” was created is probably accurate. This most likely wasn’t a bug after all, but would have been helpful to have some clarification.

Thanks Inculpatus for the information. Guess I didn’t look hard enough for my first post, just a little frustrated that no one seemed to be talking about this issue some people are having or clearing up what levels we’re supposed to receive points. Gonna go delete my original post now.

I noticed the exact same thing. I made a post about this yesterday but it seems to have been deleted for some reason. Can we at least have some acknowledgement that this is an issue that is being looked at? It would be a lot faster to fix my build with the hero points that I was supposed to earn!
