Just posting again. Its been almost a month since I put in my ticket requesting my login information. I just opened up a ticket with steam to try and refund my GW expansion that I bought last month. I’m betting that they’ll respond faster than this customer support…

its been 2 weeks since I put in the ticket. I just need my log in information for GW1. Have CD key and just spent money on the eye of the north expansion.
Edit: really considering trying to get my money back for the expansion if I don’t see a response within a week. This is a problem that should be easily resolvable.

just need my login information for GW1 so i can play. Bought the game on steam and have the cd key.
Got my refund the morning after I reported. Thank you ArenaNet. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon so I can fix my Sylvari
I think there should be an option in the settings to disable or enable the chest feature. People could choose whatever worked best for them, because so far I’m really not liking the new loot chests. I never had a problem with loot being on the bodies.
The change has most likely resulted in me missing a great deal of my loot because they are very difficult to see and some of the ones I’ve gotten have half the chest hidden underground. I’ve gone back to past areas only to discover that I’ve missed a chest from before.
Anvil Rock bugged atm. Assistant stays by catapult and never goes to get more cows.
