Where in my message I have said I have not acted in time ?
I said their answers were in my spam folder !
I’ve done my refund report the 05/10, in May and I was waiting, and waiting and waiting !
You can think it’s my fault because I’ve not checked before my spam folder … but I’ve done my report in time, and their answer was NO, although it was YES for a LOT of my guidmates >_>

Hello friendly players,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the refund policy of town clothes after the patch.
Yes, I know, it’s a little old. In my guild, I am one of the last who requested reimbursement. I performed exactly as my friends in the guild: they wrote the message for me.
They were part of the first reimbursement wave: their town clothes were refunded, without distinction between tonics and clothes sets.
From my side, I waited because I knew the treatment could be a little long.

A friend of guild reminded me of this yesterday. So I go to see my mail. I see nothing.
In fact, the Anet emails were in the spam folder >_<.
They refuse to refund my outfits, and they provide me a link to their explanation (ie, no tonic, no refund).
So while I understand, I applaud with both hands !
Anet, you handle the problem VERY fairly.
There are too many requests = refund for anyone and anything !
There is less demand = go to die player, even though our new clothes system DO NOT PLEASE YOU and we changed it AFTER you bought the clothes.

ANET, NO, I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SUPPORT!

Some characters or some accounts are just … blessed by a chance goddess in this game … AND this is definitly NOT my case !
So all these possibilities accounting on chance just … frightned me. Like buying 10 winterdays gifts and receiving nothing interesting when friends in my guild obtained 2 mini-pets or contracts permitting to chance their hair-style …
It could be very kind from Anet to allow the infinite tonic not to be linked to account when crafted !
It could allow lots of us to have these tonics, not accounting on chance.
And, for those who already used the components to craft dolls and toys (I remember crafting toys is the only possibility mentionned in the description of the skin), the only possiblity to have one.

I do not know if it is linked to a recent update BUT something appeared in my jewel list.
The “owl amulet” learned with the receipe bought in Kessex Hills is in fact the “enchanted amulet”.
Same properties but not the same name and skin.
Same materials to be crafted from: turquoise and copper.

Noviere, I think it’s the “Jewered Broach” (the translation of this item in french was different) so you already know the receipe of the “owl amulet”.

It seems that lot’s of crafted items from karma/money bought receipe have been changed from beta phase to nowadays. That would explain the whole mess !

I’ve found the NPC (sorry, PNJ is french) in Kessex Hills : he’s named “Nell the merchant”. I re-did the mission twice to “activate” its ability to sell something, and each times it was his compagnion who sell stuff.
I’m sorry but … what is the trading post ? I can’t find the proper translation in french.

I simply do not have learned this recipe !
Could you remind me where you can buy it ? I’m still running in round in Kessex Hills, searching for it …

Something strange happened with Jewelery, two days ago, and before reporting a bug, I’d like to be perfectly sure it is a bug.
With one of my character, I’ve bought a receipe to craft the “owl amulet”. The name is surely different in english because I’m playing a french game (amulette de la chouette, amulette du hibou). It was somewhere on Kessex Hills, bought from a heart, or a PNJ after a mission.
I’ve passed this receipe to another of my character through bank, and this character learned the receipe (double click). And then nothing.
I can’t find the receipe at all in the list.
I’ve searched on Wiki, I’ve questionned my guild, but this item is unfindable !
Do you think this item was suppressed, and so the receipe leads to nothing ?
Does anyone here craft already this item ?
