Have you tried double-clicking on the item in your inventory? Usually, when it says you can only have one, it is because you already have one in your bags.

I defeat all the monsters inside the cave and clicked the meat rack, as soon as I choose Take One I get attack by the Veteran Wurm (he/she spawned as soon as I click the meat rack). I kill the Veteran Wurm and try to take the Enchanted Meat Again but I’m prompted by the message "One piece is more than enough. A strange odor makes you question where it gets its power. "

I reload the game and defeat the Veteran Wurm, still same result. I cannot get 100% Kessex Hills because of this. This is the only objective I’m missing for 100%.
