The only other person I know who also got 100% for August along with me was also in the headstart – her achievement reset, mine did not.

We both got it on August 31st, mine came around 1PM Eastern, she got 100% maybe an hour later, but both of us finished well before the rollover time.

Perhaps it has to do with those who preordered and had the 3 day head start? Just curious for those of you, like myself, who are having this issue: Did you have the 3 day head start from preorder? For those of you who have friends that did and friends that did not reset — can you check with them to see as well?

I know 2 other people who did not have achievements reset and they were all 3 day head start. The 1 person in my guild who claims his reset properly was not in the head start.

Just incase it helps to track this down at all:

I did the digial pre order from Amazon.com (standard edition, not collectors edition), received the 3 day head start, and completed the achievement on August 30th

(Anet – if you want a specific time, look through my chat history, the moment I got the 100% monthly achievement I commented on it in guild chat – I am sure searching your chat logs for my account for the term “monthly” can’t return more than 4-5 matches. Should be easy to see the exact time of completion.)

Same problem here. Completed August 30th.. still has not reset. Would love some confirmation from Anet that its being investigated. Ticket submitted 3 days ago and no response yet. Wish I hadnt donated to the cupcake fund on reddit at this point.
