I have noticed in my time frame spent at Malchor’s Leap in the last couple days, the event “Pact troops, move out!” for invasion has been stuck at the very start of the event chain. It starts with “Escort troops to the Eastern Colonnade camp. Soldiers alive 10/10.” This is at the map entrance from Straits of Devastation northeast of “Pagga’s Waypoint.”
I haven’t ever seen them in any other state than just standing about at the entrance. Interacting with any of them does not encourage the AI to proceed. “Crusader Metalhorn” is the name of the individual with a shield above his head. All other soldiers are present being idle.
