Guild Wars 2

Would like to know the answer to this myself. There are at least 3 skins I like but without the ability to upgrade them to Mistforged not sure if it’s worth the trouble.

Upon more conversations with customer service, apparently my tools and kits have been used too many times and bought too long ago. I’m disappointed in this seeing as how I spent real money on it. To others I hope you all get the refunds you deserve and good luck in game.

I am not sure, as others are in the thread about the refund policy. However, as someone has bought gems every week to support a game I like and still do I will now rethink my buying gems because if they had these before hand I would not need the multiple tools or the salvage kits I spent my real life money on. I honestly feel like I got screwed over on this deal and be more careful in the future.

It happened for me as well. Even happened as I went afk for less then a min with no movement.
