Kill Phlunt. Make it look like Marjory and the others killed him and frame Trahearne as the mastermind. Finally my character could have his own story!

I completed “Scarlet’s Demise”, haven’t yet managed to kill the knights (that kitten blue one likes to reset it’s health) and I wasn’t very impressed.

I thought the painted ending cutscene was quite nice, everything else, not so much.
The cutscene with Scarlet was unintentionally funny though; Braham gets hurt, Marjory almost dies and my character just stands there with a deadpan look on his face while adjusting his gloves.

Fighting against Scarlet was pretty anticlimatic (Understandable with her being injured). She just threw some bombs while Barbie was trying to make herself useful and twenty seconds later you impaled Scarlet (Or dropped a cow on her or something).

After the fight everyone magically recover from their injuries and prance out of the instance to get some decent loot and a silly helmet skin which I instantly deleted, because I have no bank space to spare.

And afterwards as I went back to make something to eat I thought to myself; What was the point of my character being there? I got to “kill” Scarlet sure, but once again I was just a hypercompetent sidekick to more important characters. And now that Scarlet is dead, I no longer get any more Tara Strong goodness.

Also the dialogue was god awful and we got some more forced romance.

All in all pretty decent by GW2 standards hoping for more permanent content and new interesting areas to explore with my friends in the future.

While I myself prefer rather common names, I’m going to give Corpse Flakes 8/10 because I love puns.

Might be a bit overkill, but I have 6 human males.

Matthew Graves (Thief)
Andrew Graves (Ele)
Adrean Graves (Mesmer)
Garret Graves (Ranger)
Johann Graves (Necro).

Maybe our characters finally snap after some NPC takes the credit for our victory and we become the main villains. That’d shake things up a bit.

My main problem with the story instance (and the whole living story arc for that matter) is how disconnected my character feels to the overall plot. I’m just that guardian they call when they need additional muscle and nothing more. It’s getting tiring to be honest.
