Huzzah! Deleted the local.dat in My Documents finally all the files are downloaded. Thanks zERO that worked, didn’t touch my msconfig though.
Tried tethering and no go, same issue.
Same here, disabled all security (Firewall, AV etc.) still no go. Updater updated without issue, still just one file left and getting this since yesterday. Assuming it’s a issue with update server load.
