Ticket not seen above, officially two weeks of waiting as of today.
Last update stated that it was for payment fraud or something along
those lines.

Not really sure what that means exactly, should I assume that my account was hacked, or is this due to some issue with my purchase of the game?

I was banned/suspended on October 30, and I still have not received an reason why.
I am assuming it is some sort hacked account situation, but I don’t know.
I haven’t received any information for about a week.
I did get an email that told me my ticket was being escalated to the payment
review team, which leads me to believe that my payment is in question. I find
that strange considering I purchased the game from guildwars2.com
I have already sent in series code, account, and everything else that was asked for.
