well seeing as the ppl making this game hate blizzard, i hope so. I don’t think they would follow Blizzards wow model and give us 5000 buffs, but none of em stack. God that was so bad…

I’ve always thought it meant +% for a chance of the highest quality item(s) within the loot table. I don’t think it gives you a “separate uber table” that they exclusively have access to.

the wep you are putting the gem into needs to be lev 20 or higher. not your toon.
