I too have a big problem with this bug. Not only does it gravely impede any map completion progress, but it also interferes with the dive master achievement.
Whenever I try to take the ‘Incubation Waypoint’, or take the ‘Idea Lab’ asura gate directly, I get sent to jail.
This problem has clearly been noted 4 days ago as off my posting. Since then multiple patches have been released, yet this problem has not been resolved…
The whole idea was cute to start with, but I’ve seen more people in jail to be considered “fun”. Please remove this feature.
