I found the goblet SW of Krennack’s Homestead Waypoint, near the strong curve in the road.

After I ran around the map today, trying to find the 3rd item to return to the refugee, I was informed that as of right now, there are only 2 items available for return? Is this right?

55% here and going up really fast.
