The capture point status summary icons in the top middle of screen showing the status of the three capture points in sPvP matches don’t always update correctly.
I had a match earlier today where I captured a point just before the enemy could arrive to contest it. However the status in the top middle of the screen continued to show the status as un-owned (white) and contested even though I did own the point (according to the events and the points-per-tick count.
Suffice to say my teammates did not come to assist me in holding the point and some ‘comments’ were thrown my way later about holding points we own.
For me it is quite a big deal, I will often look to the point status and at what assets my team / the enemy team have on a point before heading in that direction. Knowing whether the point is un-owned and contested or owned makes a big difference.
