Sorry for the delayed response. I have been out of town for the past couple of weeks. On the weekdays during those times we usually have 6-9 players on. We are looking for a few more people who are active in the evening. We would ideally like to have enough players for 2-3 full groups.

Monolithic [MONO] is an adult (18+), casual oriented Guild Wars 2 PvX guild on the Sanctum of Rall server. We are primarily focused on enjoying the Guild Wars 2 content with a fun and diverse group of individuals.

We are composed of a core group of individuals that have had a successful past of raiding together going as far back as World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. In Guild Wars 2 we are focusing on having a tight guild community to take on PvE at our own pace.

We are not a 200+ member zerg guild. We want to know our guild members well to better share our Guild Wars 2 experiences with. We’re a fun, stable, no-nonsense, and no-drama group.

We are not a progression guild with goals to complete bleeding edge content as fast as possible. While we make be taking a somewhat casual approach to Guild Wars 2, we are still skilled and determined players. We want to complete top tier PvE content.

We’re looking for a special kind of player—someone who is mature and fun, but can also work their class like a pro with real focus and preparation when we get down to business. We want someone that can appreciate the advantages of being a member of a close community such as ours.

We have an active Mumble server and website to better help our members communicate and have fun with each other.

We are recruiting all classes and roles to fill out our roster. If you feel you like Monolithic is the right kind of environment for you then we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

-Have a good attitude, and carry some semblance of maturity. Sense of humor a plus. If you have thin skin or are easily offended, this isn’t the place for you. We cuss, swear, and like our beer.

-Have a team player focus. We have little patience for loot bickering, whining, drama, excuses, etc.

We love to win, but are mature about our losses. We treat our members with respect and don’t play favorites. We take fun seriously. Don’t miss this chance to become a part of this successful guild!

I’m posting on the behalf of my friend who had his account hacked and password changed last week. He submitted a ticket on 9/6 about his account getting hacked. He got an automated message with instructions on how to reset his password. The only problem is that he never received his serial number for his digital purchase from NCSoft. He requires that serial number to reset his password. My friend eventually got a reply, however, it was clear the service representative didn’t read the ticket as he also requested a serial number to reset the password. My friend updated the ticket to indicate, once again, that he didn’t have access to his serial key. He never got a response after that. The ticket number is 120906-009217. He either needs his serial key resent or to have his account password reset without a serial key.
