Posting here through a friends account since I don’t have access to the forums with mine.

Reason: Account was terminated permanently due to botting, extended unattended play, or macroing.

I have not done any of these things. I’m a loyal player since GW1 that has spent real cash in the gem shop multiple times, and is legitly working hard on getting my first legendary. I was on everyday doing multiple things: dragon/world events, gathering, talking with friends, dungeons, leveling alts (my 4th) and nightly WvW.

I don’t use any illegal third party software, or anything that would give me an unfair advantage over other players. I’m not using any macros, my keybinds are 1 action only. I’ll take small breaks so I may be afk for a few mins, but if longer, I log off. I don’t use anything to keep my character online to bypass any anti-afk system in place or to have it play automatically for me.

Please, I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can get back to playing with my guild and friends, some of which the only way I could contact them was ingame and now I cannot with my account.
