Guild Wars 2

So recently I’ve been having some issues with guild chat. First it was the offline/online thing and now it’s become a huge issue…What I mean is:

1. I couldn’t have more than 3 guilds. Once I had a fourth or fifth, I couldn’t see their messages but they could see mine.

2. I tried the offline/online thing in the friends list and that didn’t work. I also tried being re-invited to the guild and that didn’t work. I also tried to log in again and that still didn’t work.

3. Yesterday was so far the worst/weirdest. I only have three guilds atm, and when I would represent my first guild on the list, I was able to see the third guild on the list’s chat and vice versa but I couldn’t see the second guild’s chat at all.

I am now re-installing my game but I must say, if this doesn’t end up working, and I don’t get help soon, I’m just going to quit the game all together. This has been too frustrating to deal with. Also, Arena net, please get your kitten together. I had a friend send in a ticket about 3 weeks ago and you have yet to respond. I don’t want this to be one of those issues.

So this is not for me, but for my boyfriend:

He has recovered his account but now cannot log into his account due to Error 9. However, he tried to re-enter his serial code and is now stuck because he’s getting a notice that states: “This serial code is already in use.”

Does anyone have any advice? We’re kinda at a loss now…

Hi. So Before the new patch and update, i was able to freely play on GW2 and had no issue whatsoever. However, since the new patch and update, I’ve received a message saying that GW2 can no longer run on my mac. I have version Mac OS X 10.6.8…Is there anyway to fix this dilemma?
