I prioritized bag slots, since they are always useful. Especially if you play one character much more than others. I’ve also bought a couple skins, but that salvage-o-matic others have mentioned looks really good and I’d pick one up if I had a few more gems. Just remember to use better salvage kit on rares/exotics once you get higher start getting drops around level 70.
@Everyone.
So far these are great suggestions. What exactly does the auto harvester do? What makes it better than say me carrying the best tool?
As for skins, I am on the fence about them. A lot of them (I have a female ranger) are really kittenty (to me anyway). As for bag slots and so forth, that sounds like a cool idea :P
As for the salvage o matic, I don’t like how it takes copper to use but at the same time, it sounds very useful if it’s permanent :P A few copper instead of 18 silver? Hmm.
Keep sending ideas!
I recently got 1600 gems from a friend of mine for celebrating my move to Guild Wars 2. I am now level 57 as of this post and I am wondering, what should I get with it? Spend the rest of the gems on gold or should I buy some items on the store?
I already bought a plush charr backpack because it’s soooooo cute ^.^
Any suggestions?
(PS: I only got 1300 gems as of right now)

White Fox One recently regathered strength at Shaemoor, giving out free banner buffs to beginners and veterans all through Queensdale. We are also happy to announce two new guild members:
Phil & Mslovely.
As always, WFO strives to grow and remain as a structured organization, always there to help those who are new or otherwise.
WHITE FOX ONE
A PvE/PvP/WvW/Dungeons/Etc! guild
Background:
White Fox One (WFO) is a military structure and value based guild originally started on April 15th, 2014. In the course of four days, WFO grew to over 35+ individuals. The guild is built on the army values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage. Our primary focus has been helping those in Blackgate in Kryta, slowly expanding into other beginner areas. In the coming weeks, WFO plans to be the most structured and helpful guild in the Tyria province.
The Army Values (What they mean to us):
Those that cannot live the army values do not receive what the values acronym stands for: LDRSHIP or in full terms also known as Leadership. Those that are in leadership roles can show loyalty to the guild and it’s members. They can be active on the guild and help others daily. They recognize their rank in the guild and show duty to it. They respect their leaders and those below them with the same level at all times. They look past themselves and help others in bigger ways than not. (One individual gave a beginner a helping hand for a full 20 levels, going so far as to help him learn the entire GW2 system!). They respect the guild and treat it with honor, never quitting the guild even when adversity hits them, either in life or ingame. These individuals do not cheat, they do not steal and always showing human nature at it’s best. And with personal courage, they always take the leap of trying new things, of believing in those individuals and sacrificing their own goods for the betterment of that individual. This is why THEY are in those positions, and this is what they live up to everyday.
Guild Provisions:
- Fully functional, 24/7 supported Teamspeak
- Active Guild Leadership and members.
- International Support (Almost always someone online at all times of day)
- Helpful players!
- Constantly growing guild base.
- Top Down & Bottom Up leadership style. (Leaders know when to ask for help/advice, always making sure people feel like they are part of the guild and not some large influence gathering guild machine).

I agree. I was with a buddy of mine, just North of Ashford and I began getting disconnected every 2 minutes. After the six time, I lost all interest in playing for the night and told them I will try to play tomorrow.
I thought I fixed this issue too by opening the required ports. Did not have any issues for a whole day and then RIGHT around 4 AM I was suffering this issue. Interesting.
