Account was hacked on 28th, finally got it back. Thanks.

So, I’ve been hacked and banned on 28th of August, getting some automated answers from support (ticket number 120902-005475). As it’s Saturday, i’m curious, does support work on saturdays and sundays (not implying they should or shouldn’t, just asking if they do) ?

So I know if I can still hope for an answer before monday or not.

Hacked account later banned for goldselling, I changed the email and password.
Still waiting to get access back to the game.
