No one was in the cursed shore except for the few people who need to get stuff done there for mapping….. then blinx showed up everyone went to blinx, people complain and ruin blinx….so do you expect us after you kill our farm to help you all map and complete your events? Cause now the cursed shore is empty again cause there is no farming. Empty before now is empty again, regardless of the farm no one would do anything in the cursed shore any ways. What was accomplished? simple nothing but killing a farm again…..

Erm..Zero, I suggest you contact the support staff because I think there is something wrong with your megaserver.

The main problem is that a few meta chain exploiter were angry about the blix farmer because the blix farmer interfered there chain exploit. So they took themself the right to troll arround.

Still, commanders and players are running arround and ignoring the defence of a position like pen/shelter/jofast for the purpose that the meta chain will start and they will get more reward is the same like the Blix farm.

I hope this patch will also affect the meta chain exploit, else it would be really unfair to do what a few toxic players want and give them back there exploit while the others are just getting a red card.

Wow. These people are really creative in trying to justify the Blix exploit.

Let’s see. First, they say we should be thanking them for bringing the price of T5 T6 mats down – which is not really the case, because as previously stated, running Cursed Shore events the normal way yielded equal results. They are called “moldy bags” for the uninformed.

Then, they started stating that before Blix, Shelter and Peni events were being ignored. Please,* clears throat*, do share with me as I am really curious, what servers have you been playing on? I have been in Cursed Shore every single night, and Peni/Shelter/Jofast are being done just fine.

After which, they state there was no toxicity in the map chat (believe me, you were just on a different megaserver).

Some even said that we went to Blix megaservers on purpose!! Golly! What godly assumption powers you have my dear. Lord knows how hard I have been trying to switch megaservers, but guess what? Everyone is doing it no matter how many times I log out and log in.

To those who claim that Cursed Shore is dead, and the Blix farm made Cursed Shore alive again, let me assure you that is far from the truth. On the contrary, you guys killed Cursed Shore.

The moment one says in map chat, mel is up, and you see no response, maybe three more people appearing to do mel, THAT is when you know Blix farm is up. Blix farmers refuse to budge to do anything else.

To those who claim that you can’t earn gold the normal way, let me ask you, have you even tried spending one evening in Cursed Shore doing normal events?

To those who say the Blix farm brings the community together as you guys have boosters, share jokes and laugh, let me ask you again, have you tried spending one evening in Cursed Shore doing normal events?

Cursed Shore was fine the way it was. Blix farmers destroyed the community, not bring it back.

On that note, I will be glad to see the Blix farm come to an end, and to all you creative people, I wish you all the best in finding your “I only want to walk from one waypoint to another farm-fest.”

What I find most interesting is that despite the numerous “instances” of any map, if one wanted to complete this event for their personal record, they could do so by just switching to another instance of the map instead of complaining.

Please, pray tell, how exactly do I just “switch instances”? I have tried to look for taxis for non-Blix servers, but of course I will get ignored.

And for those of you saying how you guys are bringing the price of T5 and T6 down for the greater good of the economy, stop trying to delude yourselves into thinking how noble you guys are, and how the lesser non-farmers should thank you. Normal Cursed Shore events give T5 and T6 mats just fine.

Am I a farmer? Yes, of course I am, why else will I be in Cursed Shore? But I do not intentionally fail events that affect the whole map just to get those few sacred Guilded Coffers and ignoring everything else on the map.

The moment Blix is active in a map, all other events are put on hold. Arah, Grenth, Melandru, “Mehh, what are those events? I only want my Blix. Rinse, repeat.”

There are people out there who just want to do the normal event chains, like Jofast for example, which will never happen because of Blix.

I am glad that Anet has finally decided to do something about Blix.

So can’t you probably tell if a player bought or made their own by the world completion icon or lack of world completion icon next to their name? Yes I am sure you could buy and still complete world completion also but I feel if you lazy in one part of the game you are probably lazy in other areas and probably would not have the star.

I believe this is not the first time someone has mentioned this. But a LW is account bound, so someone can simply do map completion on one toon, and decide to get a LW for another toon. It’s actually quite common to see LW holders without the star.
