I have one character n the Black Citadel that I can’t log into, the game gives me the error code 7:11:3:191:101. When I try to enter the black citadel with another character, I get booted back into Lion’s Arch, again with the 7:11:3:191:101 error message. Is anyone else having this problem? What might I do to fix it?
