I just wanted to complete my Verata’s ascended heavy armor, and missed the boots! are they an omission, or what happened here?

I dont like the new hero symbol it does merge sometimes with the background of my map, so they are harder to find than the old blue skill point symbol. Anet, can you give it another colour, pls?

Tried to buy gems today at the gem store, and got error when trying to buy them.
