Thanks to megaservers you can still RP with them. You just can’t WvW with them. But yes, you will just have to keep checking off and on for an opening. There is no other way to get in.

How do megaservers work exactly? Like, I’ll able to be in the same area and they’ll still be capable of reading my emotes and seeing my character?

I also read about World Transfers, something about it costing (what looked to be) Gems? Can I just delete my character and start fresh somewhere else without paying the transfer fee?

So I just recently bought the game (That’s always a great way to start a sentence on an MMO-forum, now isn’kitten…) and I was aiming to play with friends who RP on TC. They of course, mistakenly, forgot to mention how absolutely difficult it is to get into TC.

Now I know the usual routine of “wait until the dead of night, pack your bags, and attempt to transfer” deal. But from what I’ve read from (albeit it, two-year olds posts) it’s nearly always Full regardless of server time.

So, is it possible? Or I am looking at a long summer of random servers?
