Im posting on behlf of my brother, Minmatar.7041 He is also having issues with this, we live in the same house, with same IP, we both use hotmail. My emails have come and I am able to play quite happily.
He has recieved no emails and has been unable to log in game or on the website for 4 days now. He has submitted two tickets about the issue so far, 120902-007892
on the 2nd, and 120903-006651 on the 3rd, with no response as yet.
Spam filters and anti virus stuff was checked (We both use AVG, and had the same settings) were checked and he made sure he would recieve mails from noreply@guildwars2.com. Im rather suprised that the ANet team dont see this issue, as a quick google showed me many posts on various forums from people affected.
The ONLY difference between him and me, is that he used the same email address for Guild Wars. This does make me wonder if thats causing the issue.
