My friend is starting to get really frustrated now that no one has replied to him at all since the 29th of august when his account got hacked, could you please let his ticket be known because i honestly think there is something wrong here.

Hi Gaile my friend still hasnt had his ticket resolved about his hacked account since the 29th of august and is now confused about all different things its said to do, he still has his original ticket open reference: 120829-007642

He also has a newer ticket linking to the original ticket with reference: 120902-001268

My friends account got hacked last week and he still hasnt gotten any response even after following the guide lines released recently. The e-mail on his account was changed while he was asleep and he has been completely unable to access the account since the 29th.
