Hi Gaile,
Reference Ticket: 121119-003748, Account has been suspended for over one week now with no further response after the initial escalation email from the team.
Long story short – my wife and I both bought copies of the game with the same credit card, but she purchased her copy a few weeks after mine. Her account was suspended and refunded, but I still haven’t heard back as to why my account was suspended with no further word (No refund request – just want to play on my account again
). I fear the account might have been hacked which led to the suspension about a week ago after hearing from my friends that they saw me online the day of the suspension (when I was not).
Thanks for any further info and please let me know if I can provide anything else. I’d really appreciate it if the matter could be resolved so we can get back to playing this great game together with the characters I invested a lot of time into.
