couldn’t find a suitable class to put it in

I have done it on all 5 of my characters every single different races, none had a passive speed buff

Nice to know that i’m not the only one with this problem

I have completed all of the achievements killed the mad king quite a few times, but im just not getting the title.
Someone help me, i worked hard to get all of those achievements
