I got credit for 3 without any siege, then I got on an Omega Golem and killed a dozen doors, only getting credit twice. Definitely was doing almost all the damage to the door.
I only got credit when almost no one was PvDing, I think you have to get the killing blow on the door for credit, since it doesn’t track damage done, only doors destroyed.
