Guild Wars 2

I hope that I am making this topic in good section. I have problem with amount of FPS. Currently my FPS is very low, and I want to upgrade my PC. My question is what should I upgrade, my CPU or GPU? What is more important? Now I have CPU – Intel Pentium G840 @ 2.80 GHz and GPU – AMD Radeon 7770.

I fixed it for me. If I leave the client open and not minimized it downloads super fast. The second I minimize it,open another program or put a window in front of it, it stops downloading all together or the speed plummets. I cannot explain that.

Nope, this don’t work on my pc.

Reset WI-FI, turn off/on pc, scan with antivirus, disable firewall, nothing works

I want to download Guild Wars 2, but I can’t do this because download speed is very, very low (around 20-50 KB/sec). My internet speed is good, and other games (for example from Steam) are downloading with normal speed (around 500 – 900 KB/sec). Why GW2 is downloading so slow? What can I do?
