Unfortunately, there’s nothing that can really be done. Anet has been very slow, I was hacked and banned, same as you. We just gotta hope that they step up and do their job faster.

I don’t think the question should be is this Anet’s fault or ours. The main question is why are all of these accounts still permanently banned a full week later?
