Started the game 3 days and ago and wondering why the response/service is so slow. anyway my request number was 86262 i had to delete my heroic chest items to switch servers because i chose an eu server on accident when i started playing. anyways thanks in advance.

Hello, ive submitted a ticket so ill make this brief.
I just purchased the game last night, let it download before i went to bed. Now i started this morning with the gremlin looking race, i redeemed my Heroic Chest from the mail. one time redeem it showed. My issue is that i chose the wrong home realm. Im american and obviously speak english, i chose a eu realm not knowing that i did so, when i look at some of the dungeons and group things they show in a different language. i have a friend that was wanting me to join with her and now i can’t play with her i dont think. Is there any way i get delete my characters, start a new on an american server and still be able to redeem my heroic chest again? I got a nice bag, some exp boost items and a cool looking outfit from it. please help.
