I playing ranger in pvp so much ( about 1,5k games ).I using now this build ( below ) and in my opinion it isnt bad. Yea there isnt condi clean but healing spring is sufficient. What you thing about it ? I tried to move 2 points from Marksmanship to Beastmastery for shouts and change SotH for Protect me, with drake or bear with condi clean and it works well.

What about build like power shout ranger ? Which amulet and runes to have good dmg and have sufficient healing to survive ? Is it bad idea ?
