It’s an even better idea not to release a gender change kit at all. This would force players to learn how to deal with their choices or re-roll.

I just wanted to point out to the OP that while what you are claiming may be illegal in the real world, Guild Wars 2 is a game, nothing about it is real. You are theorizing about bits of data. No crimes are being commited, you may come off your high horse and just enjoy the game.

Actually most US retailers will give you the difference on a sale if the sale happens within 14- 30 days. They do this because ultimately the costumer can return the item then turn around and buy it at the discounted price, so to avoid the hassle you get the refund. Kohl’s is famous for this.

You are aware that GW1 didn’t start out having Heroes or secondary professions. So, just because GW2 didn’t start out with those features doesn’t mean it won’t end up having it, if there’s enough demand.

Also, apparently you don’t have an understanding as to what false advertising is. False advertising is when a company claims a product can do something that it can’t. If A-Net said Guild Wars 2 will make you more intelligent that would be false advertising.
