if im from NA i can still play on an eu server right?

AFAIK nope, not when you already chose the NA region.

if i can somehow play on the eu server can i join your guild?

Hey so Ive just started playing and ive been looking for a very active and social guild. Ive been searching online but all guilds seem to be inactive with all their members being offline for months. I want to join a guild so I have some people to play with! I dont care what server but does anyone have a fun, social and active guild I can join?
