I have followed all troubleshooting about connection issues
We have restarted our modem and router
We have used a different modem and router
I have test all connections inside house
We have uninstalled and reinstalled GW2
We have GW2 in the firewall exception
UPNP is working
We have turned off firewall, anti virus\spyware for testing
I have DMZ both computer with no firewall and no antivirus/spyware for testing
We have no errors or long delays with tracert on all above options
This is the ONLY game we have problems with ( I have other games that use the same ports with no problem)
I have Win 10 she has Win 7 both machines are well above the recommend

My roommate and I are getting disconnected while in WVW and Silverwaste. We have been disconnected after killing either Champion Mordrem Beekeeper / Champion Mordrem Mangler / Champion Mordrem Dark Wing but before all were defeated we are Tagged as defeating one ie can’t enter chamber again until all are defeated for big chest we will go in and the only thing available is the bandit chests not the big chest this started about a month ago the reason it took so long is we were waiting on appointment to have our outside lines tested(they tested great)
I started at launch. I only got Black Lion keys from personal storyline and when a friend gifted me some with gems never from a drop, reward, or chest.
Please fix this I have lost so much loot from it.
I will be fighting and get kicked to login screen “Game client lost its connection to the server” no error codes log back in to Lion’s Arch(or the area I last logged in to). I thought it might have been my connection but my roommate who I party with does not get kicked with me when I login I am in Lion’s Arch(or the area I last logged in to). when I go to the Silverwastes I am in another instance and the one i was in is full. When my roomate gets the “Game client lost its connection to the server” she logs back in to silverwastes(or the area she last logged in to).
I have done the Repairing the Game Client from the knowledge base.

Roommate and I are looking for a mature laid back Guild we have been in two Guilds. The first guild was managed poorly and our current guild seems non responsive. We are long time gamers, Asheron’s Call, DAoC, Guild Wars, and CoX to name a few. We always represent are low maintenance, and self sufficient. We may ask a few questions and would love to do some instances.
