Ok it has been over a week and all I have gotten is “I am escalating your ticket to our Login Team for further assistance.” No one has emailed or contacted me after a week of this. Ticket# 121101-001775

Any help as to why I was terminated after I recovered my account from a hacker would be nice.
Ok so I got hacked about 5 days ago now. When I first noticed it I submitted a ticket(121101-001775). A few hours later I had my account back. The next day same thing. I got my account back and downloaded the mobile authenticator. 2 days ago I was playing and I went to get food. When I came back I tried to log in and it said I had been banned for a breach of the user agreement. Is there anything I can do because as far as I know, I haven’t done anything against the agreement? I submitted a ticket(121101-002319) that day but haven’t heard back yet. All I want to do is play. I know I won’t get any of the items I lost but I would like to be moved back to my home server because whoever hacked my account changed it. And now you have to wait a week to change servers…
Ok my account was hacked on September 30th. I had the password reset(ticket# 121030-002907) and set up a mobile authenticator. I tried to get on November 1st and I find that my account was banned for breach of the user agreement and/or rules of conduct. I don’t know why I have banned unless whoever hacked my account did something illegal. I submitted a ticket(121101-002319) that day and haven’t heard anything. Is there anyone who can help? All I want is to be able to play again. I know I won’t get any of my items back but I would like to play and beable to play on my home server(crystal desert) seeing as they moved me from crystal desert to blackgate.
