We fully realize that uplevels will follow us when we tag up. Also, as far as I am concerned, I had never personally asked anyone to not follow us even in closed raids. I apologize on behalf of whoever said this to your friend.

OP is right about deso being built on pugs. Although we in TEQ don’t interact much with the rest of the server (language barrier, most members speak arabic exclusively), we know it is a relatively pug friendly server when compared to others.

However, for you to name and shame our guild and call an entire server unfriendly judging by one anecdotal incident might be a bit of an overreaction.

It was good while it lasted, unfortunately queues and bad attendance on our part took too long I apologize for that. Otherwise good fights even though we lost I felt like we were catching up to you guys and I really wanted more rounds! Actualy our perfect coverage is our worst problem.
When the PvE-Farm-Event ends and people start to play WvW again, queues will be massive. A lot of people trasfering to SFR at the moment, and not everyone is glad about it!

In the end my client crashed when almost every player on the kitten server clashed at Bluevale.

It has been a good raid to train our new members in WvW and TLA’s discipline and performance is a good example to point at. Thank you for the help and I apologize for the lack of communication, it turns out commanding and simultaneously running a guild is so time consuming it causes something akin to tunnel vision in WvW.

Had great fun this week fighting vizunah’s highly organized groups and AR’s guilds. Although VS playstyle can prove to be annoying (for those on the other side!) I must admit I was very impressed by the incredibly fast reaction to keep attacks and the speed at which siege was built, very commendable indeed despite what people might say about VS.

Thanks to our valiant allies on desolation, despite the general lack of voice communication between our guild and the rest, I like to believe that my guild [TEQ] managed to contribute to this week’s efforts.

Never underestimate the resolve of the rat.

As far as I remember leading TEQ and running alongside GoD/GT we exchanged blows with RG/ZDs enough to call them good fights that were by no means a farm for either team. I hold a lot of respect for your discipline and skill as a guild nonetheless.

There are cheater on every serv, T1 to T36/whatever, Deso isn’t an exception.. This is the result of few ppl/guild and it’s nothing vs total population of a serv.

obviously you weren’t there to see it, it wasn’t just few individuals it was massive guild zergs repeatedly exploiting. it was done in an organized fashion and in large scale as to take multiple keeps.

I thought it was just my computer, this happened to me too although not as frequently as you have stated, a fix would be nice nevertheless.

I am having the same issue too, except that I have AMD cards (2x 6970s).

I’d like to confirm this too.

this update is for multi and single gpu configurations… im running a single 7850 Oc edition and see an increase of about 5-10 fps with this CAP…. it might be worthy of a mention that decent antivirus programs suchs as Bitdefender or Norton are creating massive drops in FPS…. I use Bitdefender 2013 and see about 70-80 fps… if I uninstall it i see 102-115 fps….

Use microsoft security essentials or nothing if you are running windows 8, worked flawlessly for me.

I’d like to confirm that I have experienced a sizable fps gain in lion’s arch with this update, around +20 fps. But it is worth noting that I am running a crossfire setup.

Could be just me, however after a few test here I am finding out that crossfire does NOT get enabled (pair of 6950s) after the new caps are installed. On startup of the game, the second card briefly jumps to 840Mz and then immediatly drops back to idle (where it stays).

Testing with other games does not result in this behavior so it appears that there is still something not quite correct with the CAP profile.

Upon further investigation, if GW2 is run in fullscreen mode, then the cap do work, the second GPU drops off only if GW2 is set to run in windowed mode (or windowed full screen).

crossfire appears to only work with apps in fullscreen mode anyways, this is not exclusive to gw2.

Made little to no difference for me on a single 6970. Still cant get an average fps of 60 on native.

I have dual 6970s and I get 60 most of the time, and no lower than 50 in very busy events (30 player+npcs). It seems that crossfire utilization is fairly ok.
