ive been playing this game for over a year now. I had been a WoWvanilla vet from launch. Tried Rift. Played some FFXIV:rebirth.
But i stuck with gw2 because of the community. The ratio of helpful players to trolls is wonderful. You can ask questions in map chat and get helpful responses. You can find groups no problem so you dont always have to be playing alone.
But lately its become a bore. I find myself ONLY playing my regen warrior because I am forced to play solo even when doing the new living world events, and i have to rely on his survivability because of the lack of groups or people available to help.
But this morning I find that a.net released a very enlightening chart.
Eredon Terrace is the third worst server for wvw. Which explains why when i attempt wvw there is only ever 1 commander and he is often taking one place just to be chased away by a horde twice the size of ours.
So I hate being that guy… but in the end the one thing that attracted me to this game is now the reason why I am uninterested in it today. My server is an empty hole that only seems to be active in QD champ farming.
Please email me when you have free server transfers outgoing from eredon terrace. (Ps. i know this is a free to play game… but im an idiot with a CC and I have spent a ton of money on this game for stupid things like dyes… so I am serious about that email… i will make more stoned purchases in the future if you care to give me a community to play with in the future)
