Bloodstone Visage’s red aura passes through the character’s head and is seen from the back as seen in the screenshot.

Trident Master Achievement Problem

I want to finish the Trident Master achievement but I am killing mobs for about 5 minutes now and it shows that I have killed only 2. Am I missing something or is it some kind of bug?
PS: Yes, I’m sure I’m using the trident.

It’s all about smoke and mirrors.
