It really gets me down. Essentially me spending real money in the gem store is paying for a service I am not getting. Totally unacceptable.

Issue back again! really frustrating. Such a good game but if up-time is so bad what’s the point.

Issue seems to have sorted itself out now. Am able to play again. Very irritating though!

Currently unable to play any of my characters as all at various location having same loading screen error code 7:11:3:191:101
