Guild Wars 2

I feel like the Isle of Janthir server is slowly dying and falling behind other servers. Is this what other people are experiencing as well?

Been with guild wars 2 since the start and have a max level ranger built for dps on the game. I played the game religiously for the first year or so and then I just stopped playing for a while. I recently saw some of the living story coming out in the game and am wanting to start playing again with the increase in endgame content. I’m looking for a friendly laid back guild that would be involved in upcoming living story events as well as PVE bosses and maybe in the future I could get involved in PVP as well. Thanks
